I have an issue that Shopify inventory is not updated by Tokopedia Order

Shopify inventory can only be updated for products that are already synced with Tokopedia, as this is how we identify the mapping of products between Shopify and Tokopedia.

However, if the issue is not because of unsynced product, send us an email at [email protected] and provide us Tokopedia order ID or invoice number. We’ll look into the problem as soon as possible.
