I have an issue that product status is not synced

If you enable product status as one of attributes to be synced on Settings page, then Tokopedia product status will follow Shopify’s:

  • Active product on Shopify will set Tokopedia product as active
  • Draft product on Shopify will set Tokopedia product as inactive

However, we might also set your Tokopedia as inactive even if Shopify’s product status is active, when the inventory is reaching zero. This is due to technical limitation on Tokopedia that does not allow us to set stock inventory to zero. Therefore, in this case, the inventory on Tokopedia will be set to 1, while the product status is set as inactive.
