How product syncing works
Firstly, Osco will update products on Tokopedia when there are updates on Shopify. This will happen in real-time. Note that this doesn’t happen in the opposite direction. If you update products on Tokopedia, it won’t update the products on Shopify.
Secondly, the updates or syncing will only happen on product attributes that you have selected to be in-sync (ie: product status, title, description, image, price). You can change this by going to Settings page using the top navigation.
Lastly, product title on Tokopedia can no longer be updated if there is already at least 1 transaction happening on Tokopedia. This is a technical limitation by Tokopedia itself.
